Goombay Concierge is a business that connects our clients to a variety of experiences offered by various third party operators. While we strive to only establish and maintain relationships only if we are satisfied with their products, quality of service and safety standards, we are not responsible for services delivered by these vendors.

Customers are to note that some activities carry with it inherent and obvious risks, including the risks of injury or death, property loss or damage. The customer accepts all risks associated.

Goombay Concierge reserves the right to refuse a Customers participation in particular activities  if he/she is intoxicated. The Customer understands and acknowledges the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol, drugs, medication or any mind altering substance and accepts full responsibility for injury, death, loss or damage either they or another party, including Goombay Concierge or any affiliated business establishments or service operators  suffers, that is in any way associated with the Customers consumption of alcohol, drugs, medication or any other mind altering substance during any activity or trip.

Goombay Concierge  reserves the right to refuse service to those who are believed to be in breach of this agreement, and no refund will be provided. We also reserve the right to remove or to refuse to allow any customer to participate who does not comply with instructions or who is deemed to be a nuisance, acting recklessly or otherwise considered to be unsuitable to participate in activities or events etc.

Verbal and or written rules, instructions, and warnings including but not limited to, the use of all safety equipment while participating in risky activities must be adhered to throughout the trip. Customers that have children in their care must ensure that the children adhere to the rules and instructions as well.

Your Liability

You agree to defend and indemnify Goombay Concierge and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, suits, proceedings, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, fees, expenses, costs and any other liabilities of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to:

your breach of this Agreement ;
your violation of any law, rule, regulation or guideline;
your violation, infringement or misappropriation of the rights of a third party,
your negligence or willful misconduct.

Payments & Cancellations
When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Goombay collects your payment information and processes your payment. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Canceling a booking with Goombay Concierge can result in cancellation fees to be paid by you, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

These are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Other Tour Products & Services
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

If you are late and  Goombay Concierge is not responsible for your lateness, or your trip is postponed, Goombay Concierge  reserves the right to reschedule your booking; there will be no refunds.

To reschedule or cancel a Activity booking and obtain a refund, there is a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by telephone to our main office and an email to info@GoombayConcierge.com. To Reschedule a GoTrip there is a minimum of a 7 day notice and only a partial refund is guaranteed.

There are No Refunds for late cancellations or “no-shows”.

Goombay Concierge reserves the right to cancel or vary the schedule any service for any reason including as a result of inclement weather conditions or any unforeseen event or circumstance. Activities will rescheduled at the earliest available time.

Postponement or cancellation of activities due to inclement will be reviewed on a case by case basis and a partial refund may be provided. Customer can also be refunded if the destination is under a hurricane watch or warning or recovering from the aftermath of a hurricane or any major natural disaster.

Goombay Concierge  has the right to ammend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
